Enterprise reporting software developer Actuate Software Corp is solidifying its international presence by acquiring several of its European distributors. The San Mateo, California-based company is paying a total consideration of $6m in cash for all of the outstanding stock of its distributors in the UK, France and Germany. The deal is expected to close later this month and will add 80 customers to Actuate’s installed base.
