Activision Inc has agreement in principle to purchase Triton Products Corp of Foster City, California: Triton manages all aspects of direct marketing programs, including design and production of catalogue and mailing materials, sales training, telemarketing, order entry, electonic credit verification, product fulfillment, customer service and database development and maintenance; terms were not given.
