Games developer and distributor Activision Inc, which has only just completed the acquisition of Raven Software Corp (CI No 3,241), has now agreed to make an equity investment in newly formed video game developer Redline Games Inc of Costa Mesa California, and is to publish its first three titles. Terms were not disclosed.
