ACS wins contracts with Californian and Texan healthcare systems

IT services firm Affiliated Computer Services has signed three year agreements with Sacramento, California-based Sutter Health and Memorial Hermann Healthcare System of Houston, Texas to utilize its Midas+ DataVision clinically focused analytic tools and services.

The Midas+ DataVision product, said the company, offers data analysis of metrics and includes web-based access to US concurrent comparative databases, such as SmartReport, in an effort to identify and prioritize statistical outliers and opportunities for improvement.

Krystin Dozier, vice president of clinical effectiveness for Sutter Health, said the organization will deploy the platform to view performance across its enterprise and analyze potential vendors.

Memorial Hermann Healthcare System said it plans to utilize the software as a tool to help drive performance and identify areas for improvement.
