Terms of the acquisition were undisclosed. The deal took place in April, but ACS hadn’t announced it until now. It said all 163 of CDR’s employees have transferred over to ACS.
CDR provides claims recovery and audit services for healthcare insurers, as well as software to help hospitals manage their credit balances.
