Dallas-based systems integrator Affiliated Computer Services Inc is to acquire Document Acquisition Services, a Lexington, Kentucky-based provider of data capture, imaging and retrieval services. ACS said it wanted the company to expand the offerings available to its clients and grab part of the growing market for business process outsourcing. No financial details of the deal were disclosed.
