ACS and New Age systems to provide bed management software solution

ACS, an information technology solutions provider, has entered into an agreement with New Age Systems, a provider of health care solutions, to offer hospitals and medical facilities the BedReady system, a web-based application to improve bed turnover, revenue and patient satisfaction.

Under the terms of the agreement, MIDAS+, a business unit of ACS, will be responsible for product management, marketing, sales, implementation and support of the MIDAS+ BedReady system.

Jim DeWeese, senior vice president and COO of the ACS MIDAS+ business unit, said: Integrating the BedReady solution with the MIDAS+ Care Management system will not only leverage an existing interface, it will provide significant efficiencies and effectiveness for more than 750 of our hospital clients.
