As South Koreans, Hyundai Electronics Industries Co Ltd and Samsung Electronic Co Ltd to name but a few, are putting on hold their investment plans in the UK, a large Taiwanese personal computer manufacturer will today announce a major inward investment project in Wales. As we went to press no names had been revealed, but Acer Inc is the only name that springs to mind.
