AccuStaff Inc is to acquire Jacksonville, Florida-based Openware Technologies Inc on undisclosed terms. Openware supports and is a provider of services and software for customers migrating from mainframes to client-server and open systems. Turnover is forecast at over $6.5m for the calendar year.
