Corliant offers IP infrastructure, convergence, and security services for enterprises, plus wireless, data center, and storage services. For service providers it provides packet voice, backbone, Ethernet access, and wireless services.
The firm’s 150 employees will transfer over to Accenture’s technology consulting division. The deal should close in the next 60 days, Accenture said.
