IT services and consulting firm Accenture has been selected by L’Oreal UK to implement its CAS software platform to support L’Oreal’s field sales operations in the UK and the Republic of Ireland.

Financial terms of the deal were not revealed.

The CAS software will be integrated with the back office to provide L’Oreal with a comprehensive and dynamic view of customer interactions, which will enable cosmetics and beauty company L’Oreal to maintain collaborative relationships with its trading partners.

L’Oreal U.K.IT director Graham Burchell said they chose Accenture CAS because they could see that their specialised consumer goods application matched the way they work today and want to work tomorrow.

Accenture’s CAS software practice head Stefan Joneck said L’Oreal is a long-term client and the Accenture team is looking forward to supporting its U.K. and Ireland division field sales operations.
