Mountain View, California-based Adobe Systems Inc has seen off one of those pestilential trumped-up shareholder class action lawsuits: the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals affirmed a US District Court for the Northern District of California decision dismissing a consolidated securities class action against Adobe; the suit alleged it artificially inflated its share price by issuing false or misleading projections for the second quarter 1990.
