Having cut its ties to CLC Inc after the company set up Regent Corp and Regent Software Inc, Boole & Babbage Inc has had to find another Japanese distributor, and has chosen ABC Inc to become the sole distributor of its capacity plannings and operations management packages for IBM mainframes; ABC is looking to sell $1m of Boole products in year one.
