AB Electronics Plc is selling two of its subsidiaries – Page Engineering Holdings and Page Aerospace – for UKP6.95m to a consortium led by Lloyds Development Capital including the management of Page: the consortium is paying UKP6.25m in cash and a further UKP700,000 in interest bearing loan notes for the two companies that between them had a turnover last year of UKP12.1m, which yielded UKP1.7m in pre-tax profits.
