Aak Computer Systems Inc now has definitive agreement to acquire Data 3 Systems Inc, Santa Rosa, California for $18.7m cash: Data 3 takes Ask into the IBM AS/400 market for integrated manufacturing software, and will be run as an independent division in Santa Rosa.
