4Front Software International Inc, the UK-based computer services company, has bought the French and Belgian subsidiaries of Eurosystems Ltd for $1.12m in shares and cash. It is taking over two companies with combined maintenance contracts worth $5m annually in 4Front’s first acquisitions in mainland Europe. 4Front chairman Anil Doshi, said: This acquisition not only services as our entry point into the growing continental European computer services market, but also enables us to better service our existing client base.
