Latest intelligence on the 4391 is that IBM has been telling some customers that the launch has been put back to September for fourth quarter delivery: one earnest of this is that one of the special offers on 4381s, the one that provides incentives for users to upgrade their existing machines with 14% discount on some upgrades and 9% on going from a uni to a dual, and 14% to upgrade to ESA, has been extended to April 30, provided installation is by June 15 1990.
