Rancho Cordova, California-based 3Net Systems Inc, having faced possible bankruptcy last summmer before it was rescued by one James Cameron and investment friends (CI No 2,248) has agreed in principle with TransMillenial Resource Corp to acquire exclusive rights to develop, manufacture and sell resource scheduling applications for health care markets based on proprietary software and development technology from by TransMillenial: 3Net will issue 1m new shares to TransMillenial in exchange for the software rights and a commitment to exclusive joint product development assistance and marketing support.
