3Com Corp has opened its first Russian authorised training centre at Microinform, a software company in Moscow. Courses will begin in early February and will be held as frequently as demand warrants. The company said that at $790 per person, the courses will be cheaper than in the rest of western Europe. Expected to benefit are 3Com distributors and larger user sites; first courses will be in Netbuilder 2.
