3Com Corp has announced support and compatibility with OS/2 2.0 for its ViewBuilder graphics-based network management software, an OS/2 environment that manages 3Com’s network adaptors, terminal servers, intelligent hubs, bridges and routers; OS/2 2.0 supports 3Com’s Ethernet adaptors – EtherLink II, EtherLink II TP, EtherLink/MC and EtherLink/MC TP – which provide networking for AT, Micro Channel, coaxial and 10Base-T kit; 3Com end-system protocols TCP/IP 1.2 with DPA and OSI 1.0 will also support OS/2 2.0.
