3Com Corp is looking for 850,000 to 900,000 square feet immediately, perhaps growing to 2.7m square feet, for assembling servers and interface boards, and the Philippines is hopeful of attracting the San Jose firm to its Clark special economic zone, a former US military air base in the north of the country, the Clark Development Corp said.
