Santa Clara, California-based 3Com Corp completed the previously announced acquisition of substantially all the assets of the NiceCome Ltd subsidiary of Nice Systems Ltd, based in Tel Aviv, Israel for about $58.5m cash: 3Com says that it wants the company for its Asynchronous Transfer Mode skills.
