The deal is Reebok’s first ever on line ad campaign in the UK, and features its famous ‘the belly’s gonna get you’ theme. The campaign will run across 365’s two leading sports sites, Football365 and Planet-Rugby, from 13 December, 2000.

Highly targeted, the campaign has been created to encompass a number of innovative elements. The daily football365 radio bulletin will feature Reebok branding on the real player, in addition to ad spots at the start and end of every bulletin and main news programme. Reebok are also running banners and DHTML overts on football365 and planet-rugby. The second wave of activity will go live in February, when users will have access to player chats on planet-rugby with some of the stars from the Welsh rugby team during the 6 Nations tournament. Football fans will be able to chat to one of Reebok’s football stars such as Ryan Giggs. Reebok will also be running competitions on both sites.

365’s Mark Hadley says It is great that 365 were able to work with Zentropy Partners to deliver an innovative and creative online campaign to compliment Reebok’s ‘Belly’s gonna get ya’ T.V campaign. The idea of a floating belly running across two of our biggest sites homepages and the sponsorship of the innovative radio show on football365 makes this campaign a big success.

Nigel Hill from Reebok adds, The 365 group is a giant in sporting terms and so is our belly. Reebok have been inundated with support and congratulations from the public around the campaign, and this innovative mechanic developed by 365 is in keeping with all that the campaign stands for. The increase in traffic to reebok.co.uk has already been huge – this will no doubt be another major boost.
