Troy, Michigan-based OIS Optical Imaging Systems Inc signed a production agreement for the delivery of advanced active matrix liquid crystal displays worth $3.1m over 20 months to a customer that it described only as a well-known manufacturer of primary flight instruments used in commercial aircraft.
