15.31% OF DDT HELD BY SCOTTISH AMICABLE AND PRUDENTIAL PORTFOLIO

DDT Plc announced yesterday that two institutions, Scottish Amicable and Prudential Portfolio hold notifiable stakes in the company totalling 15.31%: the Scots have 9.73% and the Pru 5.98%; the microcomputer maintenance firm is also proposing a one-for-10 scrip issue.
