SAP has joined forces with Adobe to offer digital marketing for enterprise customers.

Under the deal, the companies will combine Adobe Marketing Cloud with the SAP HANA platform and SAP’s Hybris Commerce Suite to develop a solutiona llowing businesses to simplify data analysis across marketing channels.

The new technology will also help offer better experience, real-time engagement to customer and drive better business results with analysis of data at customer touch points, the comapnies claimed.

SAP Executive Board member Vishal Sikka said: "Together, the Adobe Marketing Cloud and the SAP HANA platform will enable companies to engage customers in real-time personalised experiences across marketing channels, and to analyse massive data and business processes in real time, unearthing unprecedented business opportunities."

The combined technology is expected to offer omni-channel commerce that enables marketers to personalise consumer shopping experience through brand engagement and data-driven insights, allowing a 360-degree view of transactions.
