Samsung’s Europe telecommunications VP Young Lee said: "Today’s consumers place great importance on being connected with their world, anywhere at anytime, a need which is catered for with the LTE technology of the latest Galaxy S4 zoom," Lee added.

GALAXY S4 zoom is equipped with a 10x optical zoom 16MPx sensor combined with the Xenon Flash and the built-in Optical Image Stabiliser (OIS), which they claim keeps the camera perfectly still.

The smartphone powered by 1.5GHz Dual-Core Processor, runs on the Android Jelly Bean 4.2 version and is said to have features similar to the recently launched Galaxy S4 including Touchwiz as well as a 1.9MPx camera.

The phone comes with a new ‘zoom ring’ that allows the user to capture and send an image through MMS to the person they are one the phone to, and can be used to activate the Quick Launch and Shortcut features as well as multiple camera modes with camera zoom controls and optical zoom control.

Samsung plans to launch the new smartphone on networks including Deutsche Telekom, Tele2, TeliaSonera and Orange.
