Motorola is all set to launch four of its new product range at a planned event to be held in Chicago on September 4, 2014.
Citing Motorola’s invitation, Verge noted that the company may launch four of its new products including Moto G, Moto X Successors and Moto 360 phone.
Powered by Android Wear, Google’s new Android smartwatch-dedicated OS, Motorola’s Moto 360, will vie with LG’s G Watch in the Android Wear smartwatch battle.
Featuring an organic LED (OLED) screen made of sapphire glass, the user interface of the new smart-watch can change as per the comfortable orientation.
Reports revealed that the two smartphones are widely anticipated to be successors to the company’s Moto X and Moto G – reported to be called the Moto X+1 and Moto G2 respectively.
In May, the company launched its dual-SIM budget smartphone Moto E featuring 4.3in display with a qHD resolution, and 256ppi pixel density.
Moto E is powered by a 1.2GHz dual-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 200 processor together with Adreno 302 GPU alongside 1GB of RAM and runs on Android KitKat.
The device will feature 4GB of internal storage, while it can also be expanded to 32GB, and its 5MP rear camera integrates 20 interchangeable backs called Motorola Shells that allow customisation in colour and design.
