Triometric, a provider of XML business intelligence to the hospitality and travel industry, has announced that Miki Travel, a global wholesale company, has chosen its Web Services Analyzer to optimise the performance of its web services through real-time monitoring of key performance metrics.
Triometric and Miki Travel collaborated closely to identify the key operational metrics and business intelligence needed to support performance and commercial objectives.
