Microsoft has dropped a new Windows 10 Mobile Insider Preview Build for those who have enrolled in the Windows Insider programme.

According to Microsoft, the new Preview Build 10586 has bug fixes and general improvements, including improvements to Messaging and Skype app updates through the Microsoft Store.

The company is also upgrading the system to resolve the issue that caused the Start experience to get corrupted.

The new build apps will not crash while they are moved to the SD card, and apps and game downloads have become more reliable.

The company warned that upgrading to Build 10586 will cause some phones to go into a reboot loop after the upgrade completes due to a bug issue, but the phone can be reset using the hardware key combination.

Users will be able to install UWP apps without any issues, but installation of Silverlight apps through Visual Studio is still not possible.

The issue with tile for Insider Hub remains and the company hopes to solve the issue in the next built.

Microsoft Engineering Systems Team corporate vice president Gabe Aul said: "Overall this is a really great build, and we’re excited to get it out there for all of you to try. There is an important note for anyone who installed Build 10581 and then subsequently factory reset your phone, so please make sure to check out the known issues below."
