Kaizen USA, an IT consulting and integration firm, has merged with internet security and risk management specialist e-Horus, in a move to strengthen its capabilities and broaden its experience and expertise in internet security.

As a result of the merger, the company will retain the e-Horus name and focus on information technology security for virtualised environments.

According to Kaizen USA, the new e-Horus portfolio will include, internet threat exposure evaluation useful for analysing and detection of internal and external risk and fraud; consulting specialised in security for management analysis and creation/adjustment of the company security management system along with investment guidance; and legal compliance for analysis and creation/adjustment of internal and external guidelines for risk reduction and legal bullet-proofing.

In addition, the portfolio will also provide enterprise offerings that provide a new layer of security, avoiding phishing scams, asset contamination with Trojans, virus and worms, DNS Poison attacks and others, and training through conscience-creation workshops and internal training focused on the company business.
