Diversified Information Technologies (Diversified), a provider of document and information lifecycle offerings, has entered into a strategic alliance with Savana, to co-develop client offerings that combine the Epitome business process management platform and Diversified’s information management processes.
Diversified said that the integration of the Epiome Suite into its information lifecycle offerings allows it to create more flexible and configurable business process management offerings with little or no customer disruption.
The integration of the Epiome technology platform enhances Diversified’s information lifecycle offerings including information Output, Capture, Process, and Preserve functionality, the company said.
According to Diversified, the new offerings encompass, print output services for statements, bills, and other business documents; document imaging and data conversion to manage all types of data including paper, film and electronic; configuration of workflow processes and data integration into client applications; and new storage offerings for paper and electronic records and data.
