Hong Kong-based mobile operator CSL has launched the Managed BlackBerry Enterprise offering, which helps businesses reduce the cost and administration of deploying BlackBerry smartphones to employees.

The company also revealed the BlackBerry roaming services available, with coverage in 45 countries.

The new service allows businesses to outsource their entire BlackBerry service management and maintenance needs to CSL’s management team who will provide end-end managed service.

The managed service include server and client installation; server user management and housekeeping; server monitoring, back-up and restore; device, desktop and server troubleshooting; and end-user hotline support and training.

CSL Corporate and Business Market EVP Yip Ly said, the new managed service and its roaming plan directly addresses the pressing communications and collaboration needs of businesses and executives in Hong Kong.
