Constant Link has launched its new Live Receptionist service designed to meet the needs of small and home-based businesses as well as mobile professionals.
The company has claimed that Constant Link combines the benefits of a traditional receptionist with a comprehensive web-based call control centre that provides access to call details, records important calls and is able to forward the calls users’ want to take, or send messages of the calls, via email or text messages.
Constant Link’s integrated call recording and tracking features are said to monitor call activity and re-assign leads or contact information to any member of a business team.
With the new service, calls can be reportedly answered live and screened, then announced to customers’ office, home, cell phone or any other contact point they desire. They have the option to take each call and have it connected to them or Constant Link can take a message and e-mail or text it to customers. Each member of customers’ company can give a different set of instructions to Constant Link on how to handle their calls, including specific instructions for individual callers and expected calls.
