CACI International has reported total net revenue of $848.7m for the fourth quarter of 2010, an increase of 16.4% compared to $729m for the same period last year.

Revenue from Department of Defense (DoD) grew 17.7% year-over-year to $664m, commercial revenue grew 81.9% to $40m, while revenue from State and Local Governments decreased by 46.6% to $3.3m.

The company posted an operating income of $53.97m for the fourth quarter of 2010, an increase of 2.7%, compared to $52.57m for the same period last year.

For the quarter ended 30 June 2010, the company reported net income of $29.9m, an increase of 8.8% compared to a net income of $27.48m for the same quarter a year ago.

Diluted earnings per share was up 6.5% to $0.96 from $0.91 per share of year ago quarter.

For the full year ended 30 June 2010, the company posted revenue of $3.1bn, an increase of 15.3% as compared to $2.7bn in 2009.

Operating income for the year was $194.8m, up 5.8% from $184.1m in 2009.

Net income was up 18.7% to $106.5m from $89.7m in 2009, while net income per share increased to $3.47 from $2.95.

CACI International president and chief executive officer Paul Cofoni said that FY10 was a record year for revenue, net income, diluted earnings per share, operating cash flow and contract funding orders.

"Our US operations turned in another solid quarter, and our UK operations grew revenue and earnings sequentially," said Cofoni.

For fiscal 2011, the company expects revenue between $3.25bn and $3.4bn, net income between $116m and $122m, and diluted EPS between $3.70 and $3.90.
