Appko, an enterprise applications company, has launched a new CRM suite of license free applications that enable clients to manage front office needs. The new suite is showcased at Open Source World/Cloud World in San Francisco, California.

Appko said that the new CRM suite manages the customer relationship process through sales force automation, support and marketing, and combines customer relationship management applications including: document management, ecommerce, email, human resources, and web content management.

The company integrates software and hardware together to enable security and optimise performance, it claims.

According to Appko, its objective is to provide customers with enterprise grade applications, while eliminating licensing fees, leveraging open source, reducing the demand for consulting, and solving the disparate nature of traditional software.

The company said that the new CRM suite is available through multiple delivery options: shared hosting (SaaS), dedicated hosting (Cloud), and deployed on site as a ‘business in a box’ offering.
