Sony has introduced a new 20-inch all-in-one PC, VAIO Tap 20, that comes with a touchscreen and a wireless mouse and keyboard.
The new Windows 8 PC features a kickstand that lets user to use the system like an all-in-one desktop, or lay it flat to use it like a tablet.
With four hours of battery back up, Tap 20 can be used as a mobile device without worrying about plugging and unplugging the power cable.
The new tablet comes with an Intel Core i5-3317U processor, 1,600×900 IPS screen, Intel HD Graphics 4000, 4GB of DDR3 system memory, a 750GB 5,400rpm hard drive, and 802.11b/g/n Wi-Fi.
It also includes a full-sized built-in Ethernet port in addition to a pair of USB 3.0 ports, audio ports, and an SD/Memory Stick reader.
In addition, Tap 20 comes with a full copy of ArtRage Studio Pro, VAIO Care, VAIO Message Center, Kaspery Internet Security (30-day trial), VAIO Update and a VAIO Messaging organiser.
Sony’s new convertible includes a built-in NFC,1.2-megapixel webcam, dual speakers, subwoofer and a rubber seal that resists drops and water spillage.
