Samsung has introduced an iPad-sized tablet Galaxy Tab S2 which features the thinnest and lightest metal frame by the company.

The tablet will be offered in two screen sizes consisting of 8.0-inch and 9.7-inch with 2048×1536 resolutions.

It features Super AMOLED display, and will run on Android 5.0 (Lollipop) backed by Quad 1.9GHz + Quad 1.3GHz, Octacore application processor.

Like the Tab S, the new tablet also features Finger Scanner for enhanced authentication, and includes accelerometer, gyroscope, compass, hall sensor, and RGB Sensor.

It features 8MP rear camera and 2MP front camera and has 5,870mAh battery 3GB RAM with 32/64GB internal memory that can be expanded up to 128GB through Micros SD card.

According to Samsung, Galaxy Tab S2 is designed to facilitate smooth multitasking which will allow users to run two apps simultaneously, and has with Pop-Up Window users can easy navigate between multiple apps.
