RightNow has released RightNow CX February 2011, which features RightNow CX Intent Guide with natural language search.

The offering seamlessly overlays existing website technologies, including mobile and kiosk interfaces, said the company.

RightNow CX Intent Guide uses advanced natural language search technology with industry-specific dictionaries and intent matching capabilities to deliver relevant content. After the consumer has been guided to their intended action or answer, Intent Guide can make real-time, contextually-relevant offers, claims RightNow.

The four types of interaction overlays used by the offering are Question Matching, Virtual Assistant, Web Form Assistant and Contextual Online Offers.

RightNow CX Intent Guide also gives marketers insights into consumer behaviour and intent for targeting and segmentation, and more accurate online engagements.

RightNow chief marketing officer Jason Mittelstaedt said the tool is capable of converting every search interaction into a revenue-generating opportunity.
