Under the agreement, GSI will provide Big Lots with a full-service, integrated e-commerce system, including e-commerce technology, customer care and fulfillment. GSI offers its platform’s components on a modular basis, or as part of an integrated, end-to-end system.

With the new web store launched recently in time for the upcoming holiday shopping season,   Big Lots expects to focus its sales efforts to budget shoppers, discount shoppers and deal hunters. Through its Buzz Club, Big Lots offers members early insight into promotions and available merchandise.
