Good Technology has expanded mobile content management (MCM) capabilities of the Good Dynamics Secure Mobility Platform to enterprise content management and collaboration platform, Box.
Users can now access Box content directly within the app container. It will optimise mobile workflows and adds a new layer of data security without the need of an additional app.
It will allow the IT teams to not to make any further changes by maintaining the current Box accounts, document rights management and audit logs.
Users can download, see, bookmark and save files from Box and send links to files or folders through Good Work email.
They can also see and edit Box files online using Microsoft Web Apps in Good Access. Microsoft files can be converted to PDF without the need of a separate app.
Box can be accessed from Good Work through the Good Dynamics Platform in the fourth quarter of this year.
