PC gaming components provider Corsair Components has upgraded to the Oracle E-Business Suite 12.1 to help streamline and improve global operations and support its plans for future growth.
The company hereby reduces month-end reporting and meet the increasing volume of customer orders.
Corsair said it has simplified the management of financial reporting and streamlined regulatory compliance with the help of new functionality within Oracle E-Business Suite Financials, including Oracle General Ledger, Oracle Payables and Oracle Receivables.
Corsair has been able to simplify and efficiently automate fulfillment processes by leveraging Oracle Order Management module within the latest version of the Oracle E-Business Suite.
In addition, Corsair has deployed Oracle Business Intelligence Publisher to eliminate its reliance on multiple reporting services and better manage documents.
Corsair Components IT manager Ramesh Potta said as a midsize business, Corsair needed a modern business platform that could support its current demands while also being able to cost-effectively scale to meet its plans for future growth.
"With the Oracle E-Business Suite 12.1, we now have a flexible platform that offers a broad range of new functionality. From a business perspective, it has added a lot of value as it has enabled us to reduce costs and improve customer service by streamlining and simplifying existing processes," said Ramesh.
