IT application provider CDI Managed Services has selected cloud and IT monitoring software applications provider Zyrion’s monitoring software for their cloud computing and managed services.
CDI has selected Zyrion’s Traverse Monitoring Platform because of its scalability, open API and sophisticated architecture.
With Zyrion’s service container technology, CDI can now prioritise the outages and events by customer and can correlate them to services, providing faster mean time to recover.
The device and application support allows monitoring 100% of the client infrastructure and the API allows integration with industry standard service desks.
