Meetings just got easier with this CiscoWebEx application. The app allows you to participate in online meetings with the same convenience as if you were sitting at your desk. The free application features 2 way video with camera switcher, voice activated video switching, and allows users to view video and content at the same time. Application users also have the option of passing presenter abilities to another participant.

Corkculous

Corkculous lets users plan events, manage assignments, take notes and perform a variety of other tasks. The app posts tasks on a virtual cork board, complete with index cards, arrow flags, photos, contacts and labels. Users can store corkboards in iCloud while keeping them up to date across all iOS devices. The app also has Dropbox support and stored cork boards can be shared with other Dropbox users. Corkulous Pro is available on iTunes for £2.99

GoodReader

This app is useful for reading books, viewing maps and photos, or watching movies. The app can handle large PDF and TXT files, magazines, manuals and renderings of 100mb with impressive speed. GoodReader also supports MS office and iWork, along with HTML and Safari web archives. Available on iTunes for £2.99

Keynote

Keynote allows users to create and deliver presentations on your iPad, but it is also available to use on the iPhone and iPod Touch. The application works with iCloud too, automatically keeping presentations up-to-date on all your iOS devices.Users have all the features needed to do presentations, with pie charts, video mirroring for HDTV and slide preview available. The application also features advanced
presentation controls such as auto play, looping and guided slideshows, and comes with animated charts and transitions. It’s available for £6.99.

The Pages iPad application allows you to create, edit and share reports, letters, brochures and even flyers, and is also available to use
on the iPhone and iPod Touch. Users can view and edit plain-text files as well as 2009 Microsoft Word documents. Files can be easily imported from mail, the web or any computer using iTunes file-sharing. The Pages app can be bought on iTunes for £6.99.

Penultimate

Penultimate enables users you to write on the iPad as if it was paper, meaning they can make handwritten notes or sketches and share them with colleagues. The app also allows users to send single pages or full notebooks in PDF format to anyone, and integrates with Dropbox and Evernote, which allow for cloud service usage. It’s available on iTunes for £0.69.

Print Central allows users to print documents on their iPad from most Wi-Fi and Wireless printers with no extra software needed. Users can print to all types of printers and any document type is supported. If Wi-Fi is not available users can print over 3G. Files can also be opened any printed directly into Print Central from any app that has file sharing capabilities. The app can be bought on iTunes for £5.99.

Read It Later

This free application allows you to save web pages you come across and would like to read but don’t have the time. Users can save it to their read it later list and can access the web pages at anytime. Read it later downloads all of the articles saved so users have the capability of offline reading, no internet connection is needed.

Text n’ Drive

Text’n Drive is a great hands-free tool for listening and responding to messages while driving, allowing users to handle unlimited messages
for free. The app uses text-tospeech tech to read emails or texts aloud, and when you reply your voice is converted into text. Handsfree
devices such as speakerphones and Bluetooth headsets are compatible too. The app is free but the upgraded version, Text’n Drive
Pro, is £2.99 on iTunes.
