Startups invited to apply for Greatest Pitch website

Site films professional pitch for firm to attract investors.

By Cbr Rolling Blog

Apart from a big idea of course, the main thing every startup needs to grow and be successful – or even to get to the proof of product stage – is cash.

So entrepreneur Jonah Lupton’s intiative The Greatest Pitch is worth a look for any startup hoping to raise some capital.

The project is inviting companies hoping to raise $1.5m or less from investors to apply with a pitch deck and a short video (as well as a $30 fee).

The best will be selected by the project’s travelling team, which will choose 15 companies from each city they visit around the world to film a professional pitch which is then uploaded to the website for public viewing.

Then the investors start looking, and these deep-pocketed fellows can take their pick to choose their favourites to invest in.
