Facebook’s ‘Look Back’ feature to add editing capabilities

This will allow users to edit out the embarrassing Facebook moments.

By Cbr Rolling Blog

Facebook has launched a new feature in celebration of its tenth anniversary, the ‘Look Back’ video. The customised video shows a Facebook user’s most important moments on the social networking site since they joined it.

The feature has proven to be very popular, with many users already using it. And soon Facebook will be allowing users to edit the video.

A Facebook spokesperson told TechCrunch: ""We will be launching an Edit feature soon that will allow people to change moments in their movies or update the ones they shared. I don’t have exact timing at the moment, but this will enable people to remove a post from the movie that was pre-selected and change it to a different one".

This is especially helpful if Facebook decides to choose pictures of you and your ex or embarrassing drunken photos for the video, making you relive the moments again. So maybe hold off on the ‘Look Back’ video until you can be sure that you can tweak it…who knows what Facebook might decide to bring back from the past!
