Web hosting company Superb Internet has launched managed hosting division, which brings in a new suite of managed services to all new and existing clients.

The company said that the new managed dedicated server line provides clients with enhanced security, disaster recovery, proactive monitoring, and managed firewall options.

In addition, each customer is assigned to a certified Technical Account Manager (TAM), who will maintain the client’s infrastructure including: identification of problem areas and resolves them before an incident occurs.

Superb Internet said that all managed servers come with a network uptime guarantee, one hour hardware replacement SLA, and Gold Level managed support. The services are provisioned by certified network and systems engineers, at all three company-owned datacentres.
