Specialist Computer Centres Ltd has launched a facilities management service called ENCOMPAS, Entire Computer Application Support: the Birmingham-based personal computer dealer says that the service will provide full hardware maintenance and network support, enabling a network to be up and running from within four hours of the reported failure; other services include Netcare, a support service for local area networks, and Dial SCC, which is an on-line technical support service dealing with technical problems and product updates.
