Premiere Global Services, a provider of on-demand, applied communication technologies, has released its PGi component for Adobe LiveCycle Enterprise Suite (ES) that integrates into the Premiere Global Communications Operating System (PGiCOS), an on-demand multi-modal communications platform.
Premiere Global said that the new component enables enterprises to embed PGiCOS SMS notifications, fax document delivery, and trackable e-mail directly into workflows using LiveCycle Workbench’s intuitive process designer interface.
Premiere Global claims that the PGi component integrates communications technologies into commercial business systems using open APIs without the requirement of hardware or development resource. It adds an extra layer of communication from within a LiveCycle workflow and allows companies to capture and route information, notify clients and minimise manual processes.
David Guthrie, CTO of Premiere Global, said: “The PGi component provides Adobe LiveCycle customers the ability to leverage the power of the PGiCOS’ on-demand communications platform to further enhance mission-critical business processes. Embedding PGi communications technologies into LiveCycle processes provides customers a better way to richly interact, engage and extend their reach.”
Earlier, the company has released PGiSend Fax2Mail application integrated with Adobe PDF scanning technology which is licensed from Adobe Systems. The new PGiSend Fax2Mail offers a functional, interactive PDF document that provides users with a secure file for editing, signing, searching, and storing fax documentation.
