The company said the management console provides an end-to-end view of the billing and revenue management application, enabling organizations to manage operations and performance across the application to identify the optimal hardware configuration for the application. It can also be used to identify and fix potential downtime incidents before they cause a problem.
Other new capabilities include more freedom in the configuration and control of revenue assurance checkpoints in the billing and rating processes, aimed at ensuring all revenue generated from services are captured, billed and collected.
Enhancements have been made to detecting and controlling fraudulent roaming usage to prevent potential revenue losses by identifying abnormally high usage or setting limits on roaming partner accounts.
